Tips to Reduce Digital Eye Strain


Our eyes weren't exactly built for staring at screens all day, which is why digital eye strain is so common. Luckily, there are simple ways to give your eyes a break. Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look away from your screen for 20 seconds at something 20 feet distant. This refocuses your eyes and helps prevent fatigue. You can also adjust your screen settings to reduce brightness and blue light, which can strain your eyes.  Consider an anti-glare filter for your screen if you find harsh reflections bothersome. By following these tips, you can keep your eyes comfortable throughout the day.
